About Sage F&B Kimchee

 “Napa” means “cabbage” in Japanese, and in Korean it is called “baechu.” However, since the word “napa” is widely used internationally, the dish is often referred to as “napa kimchi.” Still, kimchi itself is originally a Korean food.

At Sage Kimchee, we also sell radish kimchi. We make it just the way my mother taught me.

 Most of our products are sold to various restaurants, mainly in 5-gallon Golan-type containers.
